Our first appointment is all about you
One-on-one sessions, in Texas, booked through Nourish. Nourish handles scheduling and insurance so the appointment can be about food.
We'll review your medical history, discuss short-term goals, and look at lab work or biometrics together. You don't need to have it all figured out yet; this is a collaborative conversation designed to understand your relationship with food and your daily routines. By the end, we'll set two or three realistic goals and outline the steps to start moving toward them, in a warm, non-judgmental space where your progress matters.
What I work on most
- Life after bariatric surgery: texture stages, protein, and portions that feel like meals
- Diabetes and prediabetes, including what to actually put in the cart
- GLP-1 medications: protein, nausea, and keeping food enjoyable
- Gut health and heart health, with the evidence read plainly
- Women's health: iron, bone, and the years around menopause
- Vegan and vegetarian eating that covers its bases
