A registered dietitian in Houston who likes the why as much as the what, and the grocery store as much as the clinic.
I'm a Registered Dietitian based in Houston with a little over seven years of experience. I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition from Texas Woman's University and am licensed in the state of Texas. I've worked in both inpatient and outpatient care, and before that as a retail dietitian, which is where I learned that most of the real decisions about food get made in an aisle, with the product already in someone's hand.
My care philosophy centers on you as a whole person. I combine evidence-based science with empathy, warmth, and clear, actionable steps. We'll co-create practical strategies that fit your lifestyle, prioritizing sustainable habits over quick fixes. I practice a weight-neutral, HAES-informed approach that focuses on behavior, nourishment, and well-being rather than a number on the scale. Education matters, so I'll share the why behind our plan and invite questions.
This site is the same work in public: recipes with their provenance, the science behind the advice, women's health, the long stories behind ordinary foods, and a journal that wanders. Everything here is education. For a plan with your name on it, book a session.
